The reception was very warm, the people were very nice, the room was very big and soundproofed, there was no heating during our stay, and it was rainy, the room was a bit cold, this should not happen after heating, overall, very good!

來內蒙十多天最讓人一言難盡的酒店…房間的熱水器沒有連接到水管，衹有冷水；衞生間牆面潮濕滲水的痕跡隨處可見，配置的毛巾黃黃的，上面破洞還挺大；地毯上大團大團的污跡，非常臟；床品上有頭髮和污跡，很噁心！套上自帶的一次性床品才能勉強使用；床頭櫃上貼着之前住客用過的假睫毛沒有清理；沒有空調，衹有一台噪音很大的風扇；房間沒有配置礦泉水和抽紙，體驗感極差！以後一定不會選擇了。

不是頁面上承諾的免費停車，就是自己去路邊找免費的停車位，而且服務人員態度惡劣，出現問題不積極解決，房間也是超級無敵臟，椅子什麼的都是歪的
