位置好，從海拉爾火車站步行過來衹有幾分鐘。但是因為是開在居民樓裏的家庭旅館，所以不太好找。所幸老闆很熱情，特意來接了站，所以也沒費太大的周折。
訂的家庭房，房間乾淨衞生，非常温馨，有家的感覺。但是房間裏沒有空調，也沒有熱水壺電吹風洗漱用品等等的生活必需品，燒水都得自己去廚房燒。最無語的是這家旅館自來水都是老闆自己充值買的，有天晚上卡里的錢用完了，老闆又不在，直接斷水一直等到老闆從牙克石趕回來，真是服了😵💫

真是糟糕的住宿體驗，本來也奔着評價不錯來的，但是我希望店家關於衞生還是要注意一下，我們住的那間床單有腳印，浴巾有黃色點點，後來在單人床上還發現類似老鼠屎的物體，我真是醉了。店家大早上6點左右就和其他住客在客廳大聲聊天，完全不顧及其他還在睡覺住客。我們也需要睡覺，就被聊天聲吵醒了，這種居民房本身隔音就不好的。反正再有機會來海拉爾絕對不會選擇。照片就不上傳了，畢竟老鼠屎我丟地上了

環境：單元門在一個狹窄又暗的走廊裏，晚上進出最好結伴走;房間裏沒有空調;空間不算大;
服務：酒店備品得跟老闆要否則不給，用完也不給補充.中午晚上公共廚房有人做飯油煙特別大，小風扇往出吹也吹不動.12點退房，如果等火車在房間多待2小時要加50塊錢.
設施：房間插孔少;小電扇風力弱還總自動斷電，洗漱間燈壞了，沒有吹風機，洗完頭髮要等自然風乾.

賓館距離火車站與公交車站都很近，交通非常方便，老闆娘熱情誠懇，樂於協助幫忙，房間挺大的，感覺是洞房改裝的 囍字都還貼在牆上，半夜被蚊子吵醒了。
