一家三口出行、這個季節的酒店很貴、但這家性價比蠻高的、價格合理、房間乾淨整潔、個人用品配套設施齊全、交通也便利離哪都挺近的！好停車、老闆人好熱情！

非常差，沒有空調和風扇，攜程説送了兩間（【攜程】飛宿酒店已確認：訂單***********，**************於2023-08-01入住呼倫貝爾仁和家園賓館雙人標準間，2間/1晚，酒店不提供接送機服務，酒店訂單最晚取消時間2023年08月01日 18:00，需隨機票一起退訂，地址：河東仁和家園4號樓，電話+8613847092000），結果去那邊還要交一間的錢。大家別上當。

房間在6樓，有點熱，沒有空調，找老闆協調給找了一個電扇，這都能接受，畢竟價位在這裏。但是房間的總是斷水，淋浴噴頭是壞的，就實在不能接受了。晚上入住的比較晚還能勉強洗個澡，早晨起來想要洗漱居然一點水都沒有。估計應該是水壓的問題，下面有人用水，上面就斷了。後來實在沒辦法，衹能去到住在三樓標間的朋友房間洗漱了。留着居然還比標間貴一些，所以環境這一項實在是很不滿意。不過客觀的説，老闆人不錯，也挺熱情的。希望能發現問題及時維修，及時解決。

酒店設施上寫着有停車場，其實是馬路上要自己找。酒店房間寫着有空調，老闆強調是部分（這個太不誠實了吧）到了後馬上提出。又講可送風扇，可還是要多次去講，才解決部分。另外，房間有蟲，與老闆説一下。老闆的理論居然是這裏衹是民宿，一家三口管理一下。毫無提高經營管理理念，可歎！

來七中考試，住着挺舒服的，離七中步行不到10分鐘。老闆娘人很少，我説我考試，她給我延遲到1點多退房。一開始被那個大紅牌子誤導了，進到小區裏了，其實正門就是在外邊。下次來這邊考試還會住這裏。希望以後能安空調就更好啦。
