Hailaer Hotel

The hotel is located near the business district. The rooms are large, the sanitary facilities are good, and the front desk service is enthusiastic and thoughtful. The recommended Jiumu Muyang hotpot tastes great. We upgraded the room type when we arrived. The stay was very good. The breakfast is complete, the hotel parking lot is large, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is recommended to stay.

The hotel has indeed just been renovated, so it still has a big decoration feel. We arrived very late and were told when we checked in that the hotel was fully booked. Because the entire hotel was newly renovated, we did not ask to change rooms or cancel the reservation. Before booking, I didn’t see anyone commenting on the hotel’s decoration. I’m not alone in this problem. The five of us who stayed there all had varying degrees of throat discomfort. The 2nd and 4th floors where we stayed were very noisy. Traffic, loud traffic. Through the dirty glass, I could see the busy traffic on the road next to me in the early morning. I had to close the window and the decoration smell became stronger. The hotel is divided into Building A and Building B with an L-shaped layout. The restaurant takes the elevator up to floor A, and then you have to go through a long L-shaped passage to reach floor B. The same goes for going downstairs, which is very inconvenient. The bathroom does not distinguish between wet and dry areas, which is very uncomfortable. A single water heater is used for bathing, and the shower time should not exceed half an hour! Moreover, the sink, toilet and shower are all in the bathroom, making it extremely inconvenient for more than one person to use them. Breakfast was average. A very average hotel with inconvenient facilities, a very unpleasant decoration smell and a bathroom that does not distinguish between wet and dry rooms.

Hailar Hotel was originally a guest house in Hailar District. The service is standard, the facilities are complete, the location is very good and convenient for travel, and it is very clean and hygienic. It was newly renovated in 224, but there is no smell. Very good value for money!

上次住已經是好多年前了，這次住是新裝修過的，一看服務人員也進行了系統培訓態度非常好，希望繼續保持這種服務觀念。現在是機器人送餐了，倒是挺乾淨也不亂了，就是有一些些慢，如果改善一下會更好。房間裏還有點餐服務了，我看挺好的。房間裝修的簡潔大方。就是我個人感覺床墊不舒服，枕頭也太高不太舒服，布料什麼的可以想着改改。退房的時候給了一個小蒙古包的鑰匙鏈超級可愛很喜歡。總體滿意。
