Here are some pros:
- The hotel is very nice and spacious
- Clean room
- Good location in terms of the city
Cons:
- Only restaurants, no gym
- More information on tourism could have been given

We stayed in this hotel for one night before flying back home. It is very close to the airport. This hotel was very clean and beautiful. The service checked us in quickly and without any worries that we were foreigners. We were even able to get late check out. The room was very nice and comfortable. The best part was our service from 嘉乐. I left my flash drive in the television and didn't realize until after we got home. 嘉乐 was so nice and found my flash drive and set up a courier to mail it to me all the way in Guangdong province. We would definitely go back.

服務一流，環境無論客房、大堂、啡廳及餐廳都好有氛圍感，擺設有很多老物件，有厚重的年代感，拍照每個角度都好出片（提供免費換裝體驗），還送了我們早餐且出品很好。

來海拉爾一定要打卡的酒店，童話城堡般的建築風格，很出片，服務也很好，前台很熱情的給換了挨着的房間還多贈送了3份早餐。免費體驗的宮廷服飾換裝超預期，服裝樣式沒有很多，但品質非常好，很有分量完全沒有廉價感，小姐姐還非常耐心的幫忙換衣服，非常推薦。

酒店外觀很好看，尤其晚上，服務很好，客房收拾的乾淨，衣服也都給疊好，一樓有自助洗衣房，可以洗烘，酒店也可以給拿去洗烘然後送回，早餐不錯，下次來還住這邊。
