服務非常差，態度惡劣。位置距離市中心半小時車程，很不方便，當時選這個就是看重新的設施，沒想到到了之後房間被單有污漬，顏色很黃，讓前台安排人來換被套，結果阿姨空手來了，是來教育我們，説這被套是舊的，洗不掉了，不理解23年新開業的酒店哪來的發黃的洗不乾淨的被套的？阿姨態度非常惡劣，我們堅持換後，氣沖沖的又去取被套換，拉着臉換完一句話也不説就走了。搞不懂你們洗不乾淨被套怪客人要求多？ 房間裏沒紙，問了説是供應商當天沒送來，所以就沒有紙用。。。。衞生間熱水不夠一個人洗完澡的就涼了，下一個人洗澡要等20多分鐘。。。。本以為新裝修房子質量好點，結果隔音很差，能聽到旁邊房間的沖水聲。如果不幸定了含早的房間，那麼你會體驗到早上七點還沒醒的時候被阿姨用門鈴吵醒給你送早飯，收穫一整天的疲憊

房間非常非常非常小，雖然什麼都有，但還是太小了，想把24寸的箱子完全打開放都不好找地方。 有智能管家，但是不能控制空調，且由於房間太小，空調的出風口不論怎麼調整都會直吹到人。 停車衹有門前幾個車位，來晚了可能就沒位置了。 整體設施比較新，遠離市中心，在旺季的時候比滿洲裏市中心的住宿性價比高很多。
