It was the kind of level that we couldn’t stand when we entered the room. We immediately called the hotel front desk and asked them to change my room, but they told me that they were full and asked their manager to come up to deal with it. Then when their manager came up, they told us that they would definitely remove the smoke smell in this room completely and told us to be sure not to worry. So we went out to eat. Who knew that when we came back, the smoke smell was still very strong! But no one called us to ask for feedback. I'm already very angry here [Uh R] 3️⃣The other room is very dirty as you can see from the first and second pictures. It's hard to imagine that a four-star room opened in 23 years can be so dirty. It feels like entering a two-star hotel. The hygiene is very poor and there is no deodorization at all. It can still be considered a hotel on the word-of-mouth list. It's really surprising 4️⃣And their hotel says on the Ctrip platform that there is heating. Hulunbuir is still very cold in the rainy season in June. As a result, when I called the hotel front desk, they said that their hotel has central air conditioning and cannot turn on the heating. So I would like to ask, is it a scam to write a heating in the facilities? 5️⃣Finally, when we went to the hotel for breakfast, there was only simple fried rice and some vegetables. There was no more choice. I was not full at all and couldn't eat well. I drank milk. It was obviously the degree of milk powder. There was no milk taste at all. The breakfast was also very poor. It can be seen that the four-star standard on the word-of-mouth list is ridiculous Everyone really avoid thunder! !

We landed in Hulunbuir on the first night and chose a hotel in the city. The room was very large and spacious, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, the whole room was well lit, and we lived very comfortably. Because it was off-season, the hotel did not include breakfast. There was a supermarket downstairs, so we could buy some food. It was around 8 o'clock when we arrived. During the Chinese New Year, there were not many restaurants open on the whole street, so we ordered barbecue takeout, which was delicious. The drinks you buy are at room temperature, you can open the window to freeze them It snowed lightly at night❄️ I like Hulunbuir very much. I will come again in summer.

The hotel has upgraded to a deluxe room. The room is not too big or too small, but it is relatively clean. There is always hot water and there is no need to wait. The water pressure is a little low, which is enough. It takes more than 10 or 20 minutes to get from the airport. The transfer is convenient. It is downstairs. There is a medium-sized supermarket that is convenient for preparing things for the road. There are actually quite a lot of parking spaces, but it may be because of the supermarket that it takes a while to find a parking space. There is a gas station in about 5 minutes, and there are also many restaurants in the surrounding area.
