房間維護的很不錯，有兩個衞生間對多人入住很重要！樓上樓下也都能洗澡，年輕人上樓住，長者樓下住，樓下倆卧室也正合適。房東有求必應，很友好一大哥，屋裡幾乎不缺東西，小區有超市，物美價廉，出南門走幾百米就是山海同灣小區底商，吃喝玩樂不愁之餘，看病也有2-3家小診所，基本的小病開個葯沒問題，因為孩子口腔潰瘍已經體驗過東戴河門診那家，裏面啥葯都有，有倆大夫坐堂問診，給的葯也挺對症。走700-800米就是沙灘，藍月沙灘浪大水深不讓下海，沿着海邊往山海同灣這邊走走有個角落看見有不少人在游泳，也能撈小魚。小區附近很多電動車可以租，有日租的摩拜和十分鐘4.5的**電動車，想去佳兆業之類的也很方便。
