房間設施都比較好的。床也睡得舒服，連窗簾的顏色，格調都是我喜歡的類型，房間的空間也較寬暢，明亮，豪氣實足。
其它的沒施也較完善，還有健身房房啊，洗衣房，機器人送東西。
衞生工作也做得很好，無論房間裏，還是公共場所都是乾乾淨淨的。
服務態度是真的很好，禮數周到，我沒有購買早餐，因為下起大雨，去問了下早歺還有沒有，服務員立刻幫忙給我落實了早歺。

環境一般，地理位置極偏僻。可能是因為有温泉的緣故吧，所以在當地被評為五星，去的這天正好趕上温泉關閉，所以衹體驗了住店。房間內設施比較舊，洗手盆存不住水，馬桶上水慢，電視很小並且沒有網絡電視。
服務絕對可以評為五星，前台會給孩子送些小玩具，接待熱情，保潔收拾房間快速乾淨，外面買的海鮮酒店給加工，這一桌菜才50元，並且做的非常好吃。廚房結賬的女士、涼菜部的男孩、大廚、送餐的小夥都相當熱情友好。雖然環境滿意度一般，但對於服務來講，下次有機會到葫蘆島還會選擇這裏入住！

酒店房間衞生很乾凈，房間很大.服務很貼心，尤其是前台的服務人員服務態度熱情，很貼心。還有自助的洗衣房，很乾凈，洗衣熨燙很方便，房間裏有細節做的不錯，隔音也好，我淺睡眠睡得很踏實。在這個地段真的性價比很高。

有一個超大型的停車場，停車方便，離市中心距離也不遠，瀋陽來葫很方便，去火車站很近，酒店隔音不錯，房間花灑出水也很快，水上樂園也不錯，卡丁車是不收錢的，住在酒店可以隨時進入，整體服務都很好，出遊不錯的選擇！

離了大譜的酒店。第一件事，孩子就是正常打開衣櫃門，手被門上的金屬邊劃破了，留了很多血。第二件事，房間衹給一張房卡，並且用房卡供電，同時坐電梯需要刷房卡，每個單看都很合理吧，但是我們定了外賣，酒店讓我們去大堂拿，我還另外找了卡片插進取電口，它還不是馬上沒電，於是我就出門了。結果一分鐘後全屋斷電，漆黑陌生的環境，倆孩子嚇得嚎啕大哭！哪怕你多給張取電卡呢…或者你怕大家多用你電了，給兩張房卡也行啊！作為温泉酒店，大多數都是帶娃入住，完全不能理解酒店的管理！
