房間很好，環境設施衞生都不錯，隔音非常好，前台服務和房間服務也都非常好，停車方便；美中不足的就是温泉區服務太差了，基本找不到服務人員，但温泉水及遊樂設施還是很好的，淋浴區很差很冷，沒有助浴區，一樓和二樓的遊戲區還是很好的，尤其是卡丁車是免費的，可以無限玩、孩子很開心

房間設施都比較好的。床也睡得舒服，連窗簾的顏色，格調都是我喜歡的類型，房間的空間也較寬暢，明亮，豪氣實足。
其它的沒施也較完善，還有健身房房啊，洗衣房，機器人送東西。
衞生工作也做得很好，無論房間裏，還是公共場所都是乾乾淨淨的。
服務態度是真的很好，禮數周到，我沒有購買早餐，因為下起大雨，去問了下早歺還有沒有，服務員立刻幫忙給我落實了早歺。
