酒店女前台沒有經過培訓嗎？找個説話這麼沖的人幹嘛呢？我的評論已經很謹慎了，不想給前台未來的工作帶去負面影響，但是請前台學會尊重客人，這是服務行業最基本的要求。

真心讓我比較驚喜，房間是衹能的，乾淨的，新的，附近的店都篩選了一遍，就這個環境滿意。

如家neo-葫蘆島火車站的入住體驗堪稱完美，每一個細節都彰顯着品質與用心。而其中最讓我印象深刻的，當屬洗衣房配備的 LG 洗衣機。LG 洗衣機的外觀設計極具時尚感，簡約流暢的線條，搭配着富有質感的金屬材質外殼，不僅堅固耐用，還散發著一種現代工業美學的魅力。它的控制面板佈局合理，清晰的標識和精緻的按鍵，彰顯出LG對於細節的極致追求。整體造型緊湊，不佔空間，卻又不失大氣。

老酒店翻新，別抱希望。衞生間味道超級臭，早晨被臭醒，中央空調形同虛設，衹能開壁掛的空調，空調又舊又臟還抖動。更可氣的是晚上洗澡沒熱水，不提前告知，酒店也沒有應急預案，房間沒有電話，牆上我個聽筒，你得撅個屁股給前台打電話，就這酒店你就住吧，一住一個不吱聲！（新裝修的酒店味道有點大，只是衞生間的臭味掩蓋了裝修味）

總體可以，就是細節處未做到位—如衞生間無放毛巾的地方，毛巾、浴巾衞生用品全堆在屋內的本不大的桌子上，我們個人的包、東西沒地方放。衞生間有毛巾架應是最基本的標配了，應設施完善些

原來住過別的城市如家，這次有點失望，服務人員非常熱情，但是整體環境有點和如家不太配搭，雖然是新裝修的，但是發現是舊酒店改造的，衞浴沒有更新，大床房實在太小了，一個人挪動都挺費勁，行李箱大點的都打不開，另外一間長者住，剛洗澡發現下水還是不通的，220一晚在葫蘆島基本不算便宜，但是價格和配套不匹配啊！下次不住了！
