1. This B&B requires advance contact via WhatsApp before check-in, and once payment is made, there are no refunds. Mainland Chinese tourists should avoid this stay. WhatsApp registration with a mainland Chinese phone number is impossible, and communication is entirely in English. Those without a CET-6 English proficiency test are advised to avoid it. 2. WhatsApp registration was done with a Malaysian SIM card purchased nearby, costing over RM100. 2. A 200 MYR deposit is required upon check-in, and it has yet to be refunded. 3. The B&B's check-in requirements are complicated, requiring a form to be filled out and sent to the guesthouse in English. Those who don't understand English should avoid it. 4. The hotel's check-out time is 11 AM, and the deposit will be deducted for late check-outs. 5. The check-in rules are very strict (see instructions) (there's a security camera at the door, and you must take off your shoes before entering the room). This is very inconsistent with Chinese living habits. 6. Upon check-out, you must lock your room card in a locker and take a photo. Please also keep the room tidy. You may need to clean the room before leaving.
