Room was spacious and clean. However the room was not cold enough probably due to the ac system not working properly. Food was great although the variety could have been improved. Hotel was very well kept. Would’ve been a really good stay if the ac was working properly.

I like everything about this hotel in terms of cleanliness, facilities and satisfactory toiletries..this hotel is also located close to various types of facilities suitable for business or taking the family for a walk..only during my stay I faced a problem with the remote control to control the temperature of the aircond and I got a room with a view of the wall

GGuest UserGreat hotel and great and helpful staff. Acond can be a bit noisy and hair dryer wasn’t working and staff immediately had it rectified. Nice and interesting environment for family, with a shopping complex nearby. However location is not convenient.

FFaizuddin ZukriCheck in was very poor due to peak season. The check in took about 2 hours and no late check-out was given. Monkeys Canopy really needs to look into this matter. Othen that, overall is okay and meeting the expectation. The food selection for breakfast is quite varieties.

HHAO JYUEVery good accommodation experience. Security is quite strict. It is connected to the mall and you can get to the MRT. However, there seems to be no food stalls outside the mall. There is a 7-11 and FamilyMart downstairs, which is quite convenient. The shower door is weird.

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

MMNS_96Overall for me okay. Cuma yang menjadi kurang okay mula jam 4 pagi bunyi mcm dlm bideo dekat bawah ni. Sampailah ke pagi. Stay dekat 3rd floor. Banyak kali terjaga sebab benda ni. Not stop dekat situ je, pukul 5-6 pagi pulak dengar lagu cabilla cabillo dengan adele nak tido tapi telayan dengan lagu jadi malas nak gerak siot 😂

@@HHMy visit to semenyih is for run program at semenyih eco venture.. The hotel is about 10km from run venue.. Simple room, comfortable, there is convenient store and few restaurants nearby walkable distance.. Room only supplied with shower gel n shampoo.. Aircond and water heater work well..

IIzz TanLocation: from the main road to Lilla Rainforest Retreat 2km. The road to get there is a bit bad. It's true that the end is just found. At night if you want to go out to eat, you have to go back out.. already inside there are no restaurants.
Check in : 3pm - receptionist okay ready to show you where the room is.
Room: Family Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a fan and air conditioner in the living room and every room. room 1 has 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. room 2 has 2 single beds. The living room is also spacious. If you bring a toto/air mattress, you can sleep a lot more. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom: big.. just the water is very slow. you have to be patient..
There are: towels, toothpaste, instant coffee, sugar, cups, small mineral water & electric kettle.
No: tv, fridge, phone line and internet.
so you can't call, whatsapp, check social media and anything else that requires mobile data. Qibla direction is not in the room, so you need to ask the receptionist as well.
Wifi: available in the lobby only.
Swimming Pool: Large and has 2 slides. water comes from the river. super cold.. you can bathe from morning to night. there are lights at night. if you don't want to bathe in the swimming pool, you can also bathe by the side of the creek. look at the place too.. because there are stones, right?
Atmosphere: cool, calm and peaceful. because you can't use a phone so it's healing with nature alone 🌸 you can hear the sound of the river flowing from the room.
BBQ: yes, but there is a fee for the bbq pit. You have to prepare the rest yourself.
Breakfast: 8-10am only in the main hall (next to the swimming pool)
