衞生：衞生情況如圖
上個顧客估計是結婚的吧，入住的時候床上還有小喜字。床單是臟的現換的，被罩是破洞的，住的幾天都有結婚的，並沒有提前告知，去前台問就説不知情，五百左右一宿的酒店，跟星級不沾邊啊。
最後一句如果想入住，提前問問前台跟結婚的在沒在一樓層，這樣安排真的不合理。新人高高興興結次婚，酒店安排不好。

除圖二外為入住後發現床上發現不知道哪裡來的黑灰。圖二為要求換房後在被子上依然發現的血塊，但已經不想再折騰了，估計衞生也不好到哪裡去。

酒店較新，但有有設施尚未完備；衞生工作很努力，但有點跟不上；環境較好，外部受制於工地；服務較規範，但有點生硬，有求無應。

酒店環境優美房間面積挺大，衞生還可以，店前廣場超大，隨便停車，前台服務員不夠熱情而且瓶裝水衹給兩瓶還是小瓶的，再要水收費，這麼大酒店，淡季房費五百多，水還限量有點小氣
