Nice and clean hotel. The location is good, but on the second line from the sea. Convenient to stay before or after flights, as it is not far from the airport by taxi.

I booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior.

We booked W hotel and booked this as a transit in the city. However, due to miscommunication with the staff of this hotel with W, we were not arranged to take the scheduled seaplane at 0730, instead they brought us to the airport around 8 something they said the hotel staff is ready to pick up for transit. Unfortunately, when we arrived, W hotel staff told us that our plane was at 1330 and was surprised that we were brought back to the airport for seaplane transfer. The miscommunication made us waste the whole morning waiting n waiting. Fortunately, W arranged us to wait at the lounge at the seaplane transport, but this did ruin our schedule and mood for the vacation. The staff for brining our luggage was polite and helpful. The room was simply furnished that we have no expectations for a night accommodation. The location was near to the airport. Unfortunately, the communication was bad.

I didn’t have too high requirements for a transitional hotel in Hulhumale. This one looked the cleanest at the same price. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 15 dollars and it took about 15 minutes. Later I found out that the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, but it’s only on the XC platform. The information is inaccurate. The lobby is relatively simple. The room is very clean and hygienic. The bakery across the road is open until late. I bought bread that tastes good.

The sanitation is okay, the network is average, and the network is disconnected when the phone goes dark, so it's okay for a business trip.

The accommodation is clean and the location is good. It was a satisfactory accommodation and very good value for money. The staff was friendly and even called a taxi... .I am satisfied with everything.

Arrived very late and stayed overnight before heading out back to the airport first thing for our island transfer. It is a short taxi ride. Staff: super nice, professional and helped us with the luggage. A welcome drink was also provided. They even ordered us a taxi early morning at a decent price. My husband got his lighter taken before our flight and the guy insisted he keep it when hubby just asked to light up. How nice of him! Room: exactly like the photo and super clean. Bed is super comfy and great pillows. Water bottles also provided. Definitely recommended.

The receptionist was kind when I arrived after a nightmare taxi ride where the driver tried to pick up two men to come into my car. I had to scream at him to stop him from doing it. As a single woman, it really shook me up. The receptionist gave me a nice welcome drink, helped me with my luggage and was very nice in answering all the questions. The room was clean n looked like the photo. The taxi they ordered for me was $10 which was ok. I had a pleasant stay.

It's our night stay as we arrive late evening and our trip to resort will be the next day. Room was ok to say and not far away from the airport. We took a taxi says that organized by the hotel and we were asking at taxi stand in the airport about the prices. Normal shows 70 Maldives money (10 USD). We had a sharing taxi with others, at the hotel the staff asking for 75 USD which for the return as well. We had a discussion why soo expensive and answer was that we came with the big van where we didn't ordered. And he offered us 50 USD. We were tired and no time for discussion and we paid. Next day our other hotel agent told us that they charge us too much and it's cost never more then 10 USD a trip. This was really a trap from the hotel it's self. Never again

I stayed here for 10 days and absolutley loved it. ALI and his team were super helpful - organised to pick me up many times, lent money for taxi, organised my trip to isalnd. Super friendly and kind, felt like family. My room was SPOTLESS and bed was sooooooo nice and big. This area is so nice, 50 m to the beach.

Worst place I've ever stayed in my life Never stay here, Probably you would be regret I Arrived in the Maldives at 11pm So I was looking for a place to stay nearby where I could just, just sleep. The reviews were good and it didn't seem like a bad place to stay for just sleeping, so I booked it. It's biggest mistake of my life. Before I go to maldive, I emailed to pine lodges for 5 times to request an airport pickup, but other than a response that the pickup would be $25, I never heard back from them to confirm my reservation. On the day of my arrival in the Maldives, I keep inquired about using the airport pickup. But they never reply my email. So I ended up taking a taxi from the airport to the Pine lodge However, when I arrived and checked in, the receptionist said, "The room is fully sold today, sir." ***?? It's midnight I heard the room is out I have to go resort to the next morning, But they just keep saying they didn't receive my reservation and maybe It's mistake from management for almost an hour. It was really driving me crazy. After all, they offer me another hostel in similar condition It's perfect nightmare in my first day of maldive Please, Remember my review 몰디브 도착이 현지 시간으로 저녁 11시라 근처에서 정말 잠만 자고 나갈 숙소를 구하다가 Pine Lodge Maldives로 예약했습니다 리뷰도 괜찮고 잠만 자고 나가기에는 나쁘지 않아보이길래 예약한 거였는데 제 인생 최대의 실수였죠 공항 픽업 서비스 요청을 위해 이메일을 5번이나 보냈는데 픽업비용이 25달러라는 답변 이외에는 제대로 된 예약확인 관련 회신이 없었습니다 몰디브 도착당일까지 공항 픽업이용 관련 문의를 했으나 답변이 없었고 결국 공항에서 택시타고 숙소까지 갔네요 근데 숙소 도착하고 체크인하려고 보니 리셉션 데스크 직원이 "오늘 방 다 나갔는데염, 손님" 와, 익일 아침에 나가봐야하는데 자정까지 예약 접수가 제대로 안된 거 같다고 확인만 근 1시간 넘게 하니 정말 사람 미치겠더군요 진짜 욕나오려던 거 + 피곤한 거 간신히 참고 그럼 이 시간에 어떻게 해야되냐고 물으니 비슷한 컨디션의 다른 숙소로 구해다주겠다고 해서 결국에는 도보로 5분 걸어서 다른 숙소에서 묵었습니다 절대 이 곳에서 묵지 마세요 후회합니다

Stayed here for 5 nights with children. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The only problem was the hot water from the bathroom was brown, seems like something wrong with the water heater. Overall we had a lovely stay. The location was perfect as it was very close to the beach and quiet area.
