We were told we got stuck in male for no seaplane availability, booked araamview at reception, left to get our luggage, came back one hour later and asked for a refund as we were told a seaplane was available. We only asked for the money back as we were not staying and didn't use the room at all, was completely clean. Refunds were possible if paid in cash. We tried everything, to get it in Maldivian ruffia(as dollars are a more wanted currency), anything, as it was paid through Maldivian bank no fees would come of transfer the money back. Tried to talk to the management no answer. Wouldn't pick up the phone and after texting as requested no answer.
