Arrogant and Bad management. Please dont book this hotel................. NO water............. , no hygiene............ worst staff......... no manners. Not much variety in food, even though we booked for full board ... there was lots of iisues related to food and services.

There is no Clearsky in. Its changed to Ila Grand. Don't book online the owner did not honour the booking Don't book by Agoda, customer care is not even available for cancelling the booked hotel after reaching there and helpless. Please be aware and call hotels before booking or travel and then start your trip. I faced the problem myself with family. Its horrible
