Overall it's pretty good, with complete catering and entertainment facilities. Xiao Shen at the front desk and several other reception staff also served very well

前台接待人員熱情周到，，有快遞存放在前台，及時通知，保存規範，有條理，標註清楚，當客户訊問是，記憶清楚，熱情介紹，，前台備有茶水，品種繁多，味道不錯，及時加熱，，外面的温度有點低，但前台的茶水温度還是有温度的，早餐也不錯，品種繁多，搭配合理，味道不錯呢，營養好，食材新鮮出爐，餐桌衞生清潔，為客户着想，用餐時間方便，客户晚到了，也能吃飯熱菜，服務細心環境不錯衞生

服務不錯，這2天酒店有游泳比賽團隊入住，有點忙不過來。酒店設施挺好，在當地屬不錯的，房間有按摩椅，體驗了一下。可免費停車。早餐不錯，一樓的一日三餐酒樓是另一個老闆，不過就在旁邊，中午晚上吃飯方便，經濟實惠。

房間氣位大，空調一個晚上大響聲，被子多處壞，水不熱就一點温，水顏色是黃的，找前台幾回説給我換房間，最後沒有迴音累了就睡了，第二天退房躲給多了一張餐券，實際經歷，希望改善。

房間很大，乾淨。
早餐阿姨比較貼心的訊問是否符合胃口。
批評前台，
唯一一家口罩需要收費一塊的酒店。
其它酒店都貼心的準備自由免費口罩。
前台態度差到理直氣壯的犟嘴
“口罩也要花錢買。”
另外我房間的電話是壞的，
兩次都通過攜程播電話給前台，
結果事情也沒有解決，也不回消息，
我就在房間乾等着。
下去找前台，
又犟嘴不耐煩
請酒店加強前台培訓和管理。

千萬不要住這個酒店，低樓層有幾層是KTV，隔音效果奇差無比，隔了幾層樓都能聽到唱的是啥，半夜一兩點還在唱，房間電話打前台完全打不通，離繁華的地方還遠，早餐也很差，總之沒有一樣是好的，千萬千萬不要去住。
