Huizhou Hotels with Swimming Pools

We are very impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. In particular with the concierge, the staff were friendly and very helpful to arrange transportation for us to travel to our next destination. A special mention to 陳珊珊 much appreciated to her attentive assistance. We will highly recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

I was amazed when I came to Huizhou on this trip. My friend recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel to me. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the surrounding environment to me. He was very attentive and also sent me breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and it is delicious. It is close to Huizhou West Lake. It is really good. Thumbs up

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

A colleague recommended it to me. It's more expensive on weekends than on weekdays, but parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces. It costs 60 yuan for 24 hours. The front desk upgraded our room to a one-bedroom and one-living room with sea view and a large balcony. It's very romantic and relaxing to sit on the balcony at night and eat barbecue and watch fireworks. The bad thing is that the air-conditioning is not enough to cool the room. It's still very hot when you turn on the air-conditioning when you sleep at night. As for the beach, we live in a building, but there are only 15 buildings in the whole community that can directly access the beach, so we have to walk a long way. There are a lot of people in the summer vacation, and the beach is crowded. The sand is very fine, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a night market nearby at night, where you can eat and drink. It's worth going out for fun.

After many years, I stayed in this hotel again. It was still a familiar environment, but it had also changed a lot. The hotel staff had become unfamiliar. It was inconvenient that the breakfast was moved to another building.

We have been in Huidong many times, this is first time we stayed in Diamond sea view hotel. The apartment is specious and very clean. There is a small kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa. Bathroom is clean, new and big. There is also a balcony with an amazing view, perfect for morning coffee. Many restaurants with western and local food around the hotel. The beach is less then 3 minutes away and a swimming pool is in the garden. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again.

Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel. The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others.
