Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

Overall, the hotel is good. The front desk service is very good, the room facilities are a bit old, after all, there are so many years. The room is still clean, the door lock is a bit stuck, and the door is hard to open and close. The room is equipped with mosquito coils and you can sleep at night. The air conditioning effect is also ok. Breakfast is quite satisfactory. I was a little worried about the comments before. The overall feeling of actually staying in was good. 這是第一次，可以不用廢話，直接問前台就能得到“馬拉松的，可以延遲到下午4點退房”爽快回復的酒店！嘖嘖稱讚！我訂過的酒店，通常下午2點退房，但對於大眾跑者來馬拉松，時間遠遠不夠。軟磨硬泡，有的酒店會同意下午2點半退房，或是説在2點半之後每小時收取20元鐘點房費；即便這樣，大多酒店也不同意這麼晚，衹能12點退房，最晚不超過下午2點，沒有條件可談。如果你遇到好的，可以談到下午3點退房，然後6點之前每個小時加收30元。有一次參加姑婆山越野跑，我不能在下午2點半趕到酒店，結果需要交60元才可以進房間。酒店因利乘便，因勢利導。它離惠州奧林匹克體育場（鳥巢）不足2公里，跑完步就直接從那裡走路過來，大概30分鐘這樣，畢竟跑完42.195公里走路挺慢的；離對面的山姆會員商店開車也衹有1.5公里。酒店1樓有餐廳，價格合理，服務一流，非常值得就餐。倘若你想在酒店外面吃飯，也不錯，四處都有餐館。房間乾淨衞生整潔，鑒於我們一家人入住，兩個小朋友，晚上叫加被子，不僅免費，服務員還帶來2瓶牛奶送給小朋友，關懷備至，讚不絕口。房間很大，廁所和洗澡都是獨立房間，洗手盆潔凈無瑕；飲水杯子潔白無瑕，景田百歲山礦泉水也純潔無瑕，悉數心滿意足！早餐我沒有吃，但聽家人説滿意。停車場？有地下停車場，也有酒店前面周遭之停車位，十分方便，不用擔心。前台服務員體貼入微，房費物美價廉，有目共賞，交口稱讚！

On the recommendation of a friend, I chose Sitong Shangju Before traveling, I was worried about the ”apartment”-level residence, but the boss introduced and recommended it very enthusiastically, and even helped us upgrade the room type for free so that our family could live in one building 👍 I came to the hotel with anticipation. The check-in process was very user-friendly. The boss prepared the room card early, so there was no need to waste time waiting. The dogs and cats at the front desk are very docile, and the children like it very much! The room is great value for money! Clean and tidy! The balcony faces the sea! You can swim, pick up shells on the beach, ride waves, go out to sea, set off fireworks... Fortunately, the boss helped us upgrade to the loft room type, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the freedom of seafood on the balcony listening to the waves blowing the sea breeze😆 During the stay, the boss was almost responsive 👍 The apartment does not come with breakfast, but it is very convenient to eat in the commercial street next to it, and the barbecue in the wooden house is also great! Huizhou YellowHouseHostel Youth Hostel West Lake Branch - Room for 6 boys (no breakfast/public bathroom) 59 yuan. It's only 1 yuan cheaper than the hotel I stayed at yesterday. It's not very cost-effective, just to experience the accommodation atmosphere here. The biggest advantage is of course that the West Lake is within easy reach. It seems to be the only youth hostel in Huizhou at present. This is a small old residential area called Zhuwu Lane on the bank of the West Lake. It has now become an internet celebrity check-in spot for stylish restaurants and B&Bs. It's quite an old residential building, with a building on the 3rd floor and a building on the 2nd floor, connected by a living room on the first floor (with free tea and a small amount of fruit). Of course, it is specially designed to create a leisure atmosphere like a youth hostel. There are also The book bar, balcony and rooftop are where you can sit and watch the scenery and wear clothes by the river. Next door is the Yuanmiao Ancient Temple. The boys' room is on the first floor, which is a bit dark and humid (you can't open the windows because the dog next door barks). Fortunately, it has air conditioning for dehumidification. The facilities are also relatively old, but the sanitation is still good. The two highlights are the big white cat (docile) and the big-headed baby (mural)
