I liked it as soon as I entered the lobby. Not only candy and snacks are provided, but also free tea. The room is warm and bright, with Internet TV, clean and sanitary. There are many types of breakfast, and there are also soup noodles and soup noodles. You can choose your favorite flavors, which taste good. There is also a gym, which is very comfortable. The best hotel I have ever stayed in Qingxi! The interior decoration of the hotel is simple and atmospheric, the transportation is convenient, there is free parking, free breakfast, and free laundry. The front desk lady is warm and meticulous, and the room is clean and tidy. The garden projection room booked this time is a large sky garden outside the door, and there is a greenery outside the window, as if you are in nature. It is very pleasant to hide from the bed and watch the projection. Traveling and vacation are very 🉑.

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

I came back to capture the beautiful scenery in the evening. After dinner, I went to the 11th floor pool to soak in a hot pool to relax. I slept comfortably at night. I woke up early in the morning and opened the curtains. I opened the day green. Good mood. Recommended, especially the mattress...

GGuest UserBrand new hotel, with nice green gardens. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Direct access to the sea, even though it is not allowed to swim. The swimming pool is not so big, but not crowded, knowing that the biggest part is kept for kayak rental. The staff at the lobby and the restaurant is kind, but the lifeguards not so much. The breakfast buffet is good, with Western food, as well as the dinner. Unfortunately, no cocktail at the bars, no room service and very few choices of finger foods. The biggest downside are all the fireworks in front of the hotel, for several hours, even past midnight.

GGuest UserWe went on cold windy days but it was still very fun. We got to do kayaking, play with fireworks, and enjoy the beach. When it comes to cleanliness i would say it’s a little bit dirty, the counters are bleached with some sort of black spots, the beach is also filled with black sticky substance that constantly sticks to your feet and doesn’t come off (possibly boat oil) however the beds and towels and all the other items are clean.
With breakfast comes Afternoon tea and we really enjoyed it! not a lot of options for vegetarians though. so i would suggest the hotel to add more vegetarian options.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 night (6th Oct - 8 Oct)the hotel is excellent, Andy the manager and PC the front desk,they both very kind,give us very late check out while we're waiting for the taxi which delayed for 3 hours (till 6 pm)and help us to deal with the taxi driver.
The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

Proper greeting upon arrival and there was some help with luggage after asking and waiting. But help was slow.
Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues.
Spa available on 31st floor (but only opens if you book them)

Remove the mats so they won’t get wet, if they’re wet move them so the loungers can dry.

The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back.
A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
