I had a wonderful experience staying at Atour Hotel Huizhou Huiyang. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a relaxing stay. What truly impressed me, though, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with sending a parcel to another Atour Hotel in Tianjin. They were efficient, helpful, and handled everything with care, making the whole process smooth and worry-free. Their professionalism and hospitality really made a difference in our trip. Environment: The hotel is right next to Impression Hui, and it is only a few dozen meters' walk to Wayaokeng, which is really convenient. The hotel is newly renovated, and the environment is particularly good. The reception hall is very large, and there is self-service coffee, small breads, fruits, etc., which are particularly good~ The environment in the room is also very good, simple but with everything (I forgot to take a picture), and there is also a makeup mirror with light and a full-length mirror. Hygiene: The hygiene is particularly clean and tidy, whether it is the front desk or the room, the word spotless is very appropriate here! Service: The ladies at the front desk are very nice. They are smiling and speak very gently. When we checked in on March 8, we gave each woman a flower. It was very thoughtful. I also wish the ladies a happy holiday. Facilities: Very good, with everything you need. The shower in the room has great water pressure, and it's very comfortable to take a shower. The toilets are all smart toilets, so you don't have to worry about sitting down and jumping up because of the cold. There is a makeup mirror and makeup light in front of the washbasin, and there is also a full-length mirror! ! ! Very suitable for girls! ! ! The TV is also super big. It's very comfortable to watch TV while lying on the bed. There is also a thick cushion in the rest area, so your butt won't hurt after sitting for a long time. There are also mineral water and drinks in the refrigerator~ (really super thoughtful!!!) Summary: They are all very good! I will choose this hotel every time I go to Tamsui. It is very convenient for eating, playing and shopping! The main thing is that it won’t be noisy at all! ! !

This is a very old hotel. Although it does not have the modern smart experience, it is as European and luxurious as the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. It is a domestic five-star hotel with complete hygiene, environment, facilities and quality assurance.

I requested a non-smoking room when placing the order, and also specifically requested a non-smoking room when checking in. I was arranged to stay in a room on the 5th floor. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor as soon as I got out of the elevator. I was in a hurry to go out and put down my luggage and left. When I returned to the hotel at night and turned on the air conditioner, the room slowly began to smell like cigarettes, which made my nose very uncomfortable. I called the front desk and reported it quickly and changed the room to the 7th floor. I was very satisfied with the changed room, which was comfortable and good overall. I stayed for two nights and there was a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I left the room on the day of check-out. Except for the smell of cigarettes, everything was good.

The room is nice and the air conditioning is very powerful. The details of the bathroom and shower room are well designed, and the clothes drying rod is convenient for drying small clothes. The hotel has a self-service paid laundry room, which is cheap. I like hotels with self-service laundry rooms!

Since I arrived at the hotel quite late, I chose a relatively budget-friendly and clean one. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the room was; I slept soundly until morning. The room was very clean, and most importantly, the front desk service was excellent. Considering I hadn't slept well the night before, they arranged a quiet room for me, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food nearby was also quite good. I'll definitely stay here again. I've added this to my favorites.

The location is very good. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Tamsui Old Street after turning left from the hotel. Turn right and walk along Nanmen West Road to the late night snack street. I booked a room through trip.com and my room was upgraded. The front desk didn't notice it when I checked in, so I had to ask before they arranged the upgrade. The room is very clean and odorless, and it has a balcony. If you open the balcony door in the morning, you can hear people dancing and playing ball in the People's Park opposite. There are many options for breakfast, but the warmth of the food needs to be improved. Except for porridge and steamed buns, other foods are basically cold. If you order takeout, you have to put it at the front desk, and then the front desk will arrange a robot to deliver the food. I ordered twice. According to my experience, if you see the mobile phone shows that the order has been delivered, it is best to contact the front desk immediately to ask, and they will deliver it to you immediately, because twice I was delivered for more than 10 minutes and it was not delivered. After contacting the front desk, the robot appeared at the door of the room in less than 3 minutes😂😂
