Hotel staff was kind and helpful. They took special care for foreigners due to language barrier especially Manager Berry really made sure to enjoy the stay.

設施：房間70平，搭配6米左右的大落地門窗，屋內層高目測有8米，特別通透，這是一般酒店都不具備的，陽台接近10平，適合晚上小酌，屋內自帶温泉浴缸，衣帽間有一家三口的浴袍，方便泡湯，mini吧酒水免費，湯泉區水果飲料也是免費，温泉區不算大也不算多，但水質很好，旁邊就有恆温泳池給小朋友玩耍，好評！
衞生：來之前會擔心18年開業的酒店，又在湖邊，衞生能否到位，來了以後覺着完全多慮了，這點比喜來登，希爾頓同年份的做得更好！
環境：主打園林風格，景色優美，獨具一格，有天然瀑布，也有小橋流水，白牆黑瓦，庭院樓閣，古色古香，自然人文景觀兼備，好評！
服務：入住就加了管家微信，主動升級了房間，驚喜！對於入住後提出的問題回覆及時，酒店所有服務人員都很主動，對於我們的額外要求也是以客户滿意為導向做事不死板，安排的遊玩項目會主動提前告知，走之前為了照顧小朋友午休也提供延遲退房服務，很滿意！

因平時工作繁忙，母親節也衹是給媽媽發了個紅包，所以這次趁補休的假期帶着母親來體驗一下惠州的温泉酒店，酒店的工作人員提前聯繫我，使我瞭解酒店設施，以便我提前預約遊船和登山，今天天氣很好，辦理入住之後找到房間，空調已經提前開好，一進門就感覺清爽，暑氣和疲憊一掃而空，餐廳的環境出奇的好，中式菜品都有星級酒店的水準，經理也是非常熱情，在我還不確定是不是餐廳的時候及時出現並熱情地打招呼，餐廳的員工們都精神飽滿，吃飽喝足走到旁邊還有漢服體驗館，香姐給我和母親挑選了合適的衣服，長者家第一次穿漢服，覺得非常新奇和高興。然後去了遊船。全家也是本地土生土養。長大的一邊給我們介紹房屋構造一邊給我們講解温泉的開採，一切都特別自然美好。聽着瀑布的流水聲音潺潺，有種久在樊籠裏復得返自然的恍惚，心曠神怡。還要表揚我的客服經理，許麗嬋小姐，在我忘記帶房卡懊惱地被鎖在門外的時候，及時解決。服務態度非常熱情無可挑剔😊，而且酒店裡各處有旅遊車接駁，温泉有多個池子，水温也有很多選擇，而且確實看到工作人員都有認真地清掃落葉和放空泉水去清洗池子，感到非常安心，這趟旅行總是讓人流連忘返…

前台服務非常好效率特別高，經理小葉細緻服務跟友善態度，讓人倍感親切。開車的定超小哥也是一樣。放鬆心情，養心的好地方，環境優美，空氣清新，還可以泡温泉，古香古色，綠植環繞。房間衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服。

房間很寬敞明亮，內部設施齊全，有多個池子，去的時候是週五，可以非常舒服的承包一個温泉池子。辦理入住的大堂那裡，可以看到瀑布，非常壯觀漂亮。整體建築風格非常古風，拍照非常好看。可惜去的時候雨天，沒能坐上游船，雨天出行的話，最好提前確認遊船能否出行。

房間空間很大，層高很高，設施有點舊，環境很優雅，有山有水，員工服務也很熱情；温泉設施也不錯，有泳池和汗蒸，住一晚可以跑兩次温泉，很滿足。
入住期間吃了酒店的兩個餐廳，滿庭芳的早餐很豐盛，西餐中餐都很豐盛，東坡館的晚餐也不錯，價格適中，味道也不錯，東坡館的羅文添和劉輝嫻服務很好很熱情，點個贊！
