住4個小時的鐘點房，3個多小時就一直打電話，1點54交完按金上樓的，5點40就催我們下來退房，我就問我少住的時間可以退錢嗎，前台那個女的聲音就大起來了，東西落樓上，回去拿，保潔那個大媽，還數落我起來了，要不是樓下那個一直催，我也不會忘記拿啊，真的從保潔到前台，態度都差得要死，價格其實也不便宜，比漢庭還貴，環境還行，就是服務態度真的太差了
