the best of this hotel is location, near the metro station and convenient shop include telco. aside the building still in construction , carpet looked old but room inside ald maintain it cleanliness as possible. inside bathroom no place to put shampoo.

非常不好的一次入住體驗，還好攜程平台這次沒有向著酒店説話，終於對事不對人，對攜程濘輕這次處理態度非常滿意
衞生：房間異味非常重，還有小蟲子
環境：比較舊、外面有點吵鬧
服務：入住時候前台態度非常惡劣，非常不愉快的入住、離店時候前台自顧和她身邊人聊天，給我打水單比較慢
設施：沒有洗衣房不方便，房間牆面破損嚴重，地毯非常臟

離車站非常近，非常方便。前台小哥哥服務態度很好，我們半夜到的，還給我們免費升級了房間。客房房間很大，環境很好，安靜舒適。

天氣原因我被獨自留在了惠州，説實話心情並不好，就近住在了這家酒店，酒店看着很有些年紀，我也未曾奢望有多好，房間雖然簡單沒什麼設施，可我覺得挺乾淨衞生，尤其是今天退房前我跟前台小姐姐的溝通，她知道我是滯留的旅客，今天還是有很多列車停開，她就幫我保留了這最後一間房間，讓我先去打聽一下列車的情況，再回來選擇是否退房。對話中我感受到了小姑娘非常大的善意，感謝她為我着想，旅途中有這樣的經歷心情都開朗了！

男前台服務態度極差，早上打電話問他還有什麼房，他説大床房，等我這邊訂好大床房，然後又説只有豪華大床房，一定要我退了重新訂，攜程上點的積分兑換房型升級也不能用，前台就是不給升級，環境一般，設施老舊，豪華大床房就是噱頭，隔音差，早上施工的聲音巨響，壓根不值這個價，最差的一次酒店體驗

第一次選擇這家酒店，非常滿意，房間設施齊全，交通方便，旁邊也有水果店，小店之類的，主要在火車站旁邊，離車站很近，性價比不錯，適合出差，希望他們越做越好！
