起因：我們下去看看衣服幹不幹，衣服沒幹，準備搭電梯上去，電梯還要等幾分鐘，（當時我們在五樓，住是住在六樓）我們進去了電梯旁邊那個房間看看（沒人住的），幾秒鐘時間就出去了，然後有一個男的看見，就説你們是在這裏住的嗎，我們説是，又説我們住哪個房，我們都不知道他是誰，一直在逼問我們，連他自己是誰都不説，一直在逼問，然後我説住6樓，他又繼續問哪個房間，這時我就問他你是誰，他才説他是酒店的管理，他的服務態度非常差，我把我的房號説出來，他才讓我們搭電梯上去，到6樓時，我女朋友還沒出來，電梯就下去了，那個酒店管理還在五樓，站在電梯門那裡攔住我女朋友，不讓她出去，又逼問，然後我趕緊從樓梯跑下去，他就不逼問了，我們搭電梯下到一樓，去到前台，問了前台那個是不是你們酒店的管理。我們進去了又沒幹嘛，就看了一下，然後他一直在逼問，也自己是誰都不説，當時我就想退房了，在其他酒店我從來沒有遇到過這種事情，衹不過已經把錢交了，退不了了，不然當晚我就直接走人，第二天我們就收拾行李走人了，上述我説的都是事實，像這種酒店，我以後都不會住，在網上還説老闆服務態度超級好，老闆都不在那裡，虛假評論，我在那裡住了三天，剛入住的第一天，把行李放好，出去的時候，前台説給她一個好評，我們走的時候可以返十塊錢，我像是缺那十塊錢的人嗎，搞笑！這種酒店不住也罷。
