真無語，沒有房間了還給我訂單確認通過了，凌晨十二點走了兩公里路去她家，她説是她小孩通過的，她不知道，讓我退了，她家的民宿規則是訂單確認後不可取消，我點取消訂單點都點不動，她一直説要等中介那邊打電話給她她才能給我退，我都要懷疑她是不是智商堪憂了，訂單都不能取消，中介那邊都不知道有人要取消訂單這個事，打電話給你個鬼啊，我這邊讓她直接把錢掃給我也不願意，就一直拖着我們，是後面來了兩個小姐姐住宿（也沒房，她倆也沒住成）問了我情況，我就説她一直拖着我，不把錢退給我，就是想白*，老闆聽見了説我説話那麼難聽，可能覺得臉上有點掛不住，就説掃給我，另外帶我們上樓看房間，那個房間還有人住，一大股煙味，明顯還有人住，我的天，難道退房以後不應該去打掃嗎？有沒有人住都不知道，那是不是那間屋子退房後，不打掃不換床單，直接讓其他客人住進去啊，大半夜的我們走了那麼久過來，一句滿房了就準備把我們打發，讓我們走，貌似這種情況發生責任不在我吧。最後很感謝兩位小姐姐，要不是她們來了問了我情況，也讓老闆退給我，老闆覺得臉上掛不住，也不會就這樣退我錢 。

不想説話了，訂的五樓就算了，下單的時候明明寫着有獨立衞生間，結果去看的時候看到房間小，跑衞生間還要跑到三樓去，上廁所洗澡都不方便，住的最差的住宿了，從來不差評的這次真的忍不住了，還要一百塊錢，垃圾酒店
