The location is good, very close to West Lake and Shuidong Street, and next to the pedestrian street. The service is good, and they will help you take your luggage upstairs (the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, and the waiter helped you take it up when you checked in to the 4th floor). However, the two late-night snack shops downstairs are too close and very busy. People who eat until 7 o'clock in the morning and drink there chatter, which really affects sleep. The soundproofing of the room is not good, and you can hear the plugs next door and the conversations downstairs clearly.

Nearby Shuidong Street and West Lake, convenient for sightseeing. There are midnight snack stalls around, which is quite convenient. The room is clean and tidy. Overall good.

When they came up, they changed the room card but did not comfort the guests. As it was too late, we changed rooms directly, and did not want to affect our mood for traveling. However, the room we changed to was not the one with a bay window that I had booked before. As soon as the window was opened, it was all about the hotel and the small alley behind the hotel. The window was also not open. Anyway, I really did not sleep well that night, and my heart was always flustered. I got up in the morning, packed my luggage, had breakfast, and checked out.
