我們這次住了兩晚，總體感覺一般，尤其是前台服務人員沒有笑臉，説話冷冰冰，作為服務行業從業人員，熱情周到是起碼的要求！剛入住時，請前台給我們提供兩張房卡，被前台以各種理由拒絕，無語了。
