I don't understand why the room fee was deducted the day before I checked in from the room I booked on Ctrip.

就在西湖，環境不用多説，交通便利，距離西湖東城軌站五分鐘左右路程，服務人員客氣有禮，有問題即刻解決，房間雖不大，但住起來也舒服，還有一個小陽台，涼曬衣服十分方便，至於房間設施，雖不是很新，但使用沒有問題，按照同行的老母親的話，能用就用，不要浪費，那有那麼多💰換新的，有道理！總體不錯，有機會再來入住。

位置無敵好，如果想體驗住在湖裡的感覺就訂望湖樓，絕對超值。房間裏面就是典型政府招待所那些，不過不失，但是乾淨，唯一缺憾就是蚊子多，畢竟在水邊。服務其實都不錯，就是前台可能一般般，也是這麼多年看見不用電腦用賬本記錄房間情況的酒店，國營特色。酒店餐廳出品確實一般，不要有什麼太大期待。酒店外有兩公里的跑步道，沿着跑可以繞西湖一圈，非常愜意

酒店位於西湖邊，環境非常好，酒店設施有點舊，但龍頭和花灑應該是更新過，不影響體驗感，衞生間有點小，但房間自帶陽台，推窗直接可以看到西湖。酒店的餐廳出品不錯。

作為政府招待所，好的地方是房間夠大、熱水夠熱，不足的是設施較為老舊、通風一般。王牌是地段實在太好了，就在蘇堤旁邊，對面各種商場餐飲，比其他酒店都方便。 每年都會到深圳後花園惠州住一下，惠州賓館是住過這麼多家裡，地段最方便的，雖然有一些不足，以後大概率還選它。

位置優越，就在西湖的邊上，可以看見一線湖景，出來逛很方便。 附近景點走路就可以到。湖邊夜景很美。 但是設施有些陳舊，很多地方趕不上形勢。酒店配的兩瓶水喝完後就需要自己在購買。

惠州賓館就在西湖東門旁邊，交通非常方便，酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境不錯哦，前台服務員熱情接待，並幫我們提行李到電梯邊，非常滿意的一次旅行體驗，謝謝！

典型的高齡政府招待所，地理位置絕佳，停車很方便。但房間小，設施老舊。餐廳衞生乾淨，早餐品種較豐富，出品還好。
