裝修比較典雅，樓下有個什麼洗腳的；離西湖、輕軌、幾百米挺近的；中午來入住安排的房間靠工作間的真的很吵；窗户是單層玻璃的；二樓有個平台不知道在搞什麼一會哄一聲的；隔音巨差；門沒有貓眼，隔壁按門鈴自己房間聽的一清二楚；萬一開門了不認識的人怎麼辦？還有不知道工作人員檢查房間的時候有沒有檢查電視；壓根就是個擺設看都不能看；衞生間還算乾淨整潔；就這還要求給什麼所謂的五星好評；

衞生可以，最不滿意就是房間的私隱完全沒有，全透明，如果忘記了關窗簾的情況下，對面舊房是可以完全看到你去洗手間和沐浴，浴室衹配沐浴露沒配洗髮水，要消費者主動要求廁所和浴室加上遮光窗簾，應該在客人入住前提供，這點做得不足，，停車位太少了，搞到都不敢開車出去，怕回來太晚沒位😮💨，一開門房間有股潮濕位，窗户衹能開一邊窗口的三分之一空間，外面能看到到處的垃圾，屬於舊城區，酒店人手不足，9 點半衹有一個服務員上班，少得可憐，晚上最基本一個前台一個打雜，這店一個人全搞掂，從門口向前走大約 600 米看到一條天橋過對面向前三四百米就能看到水東街，好小，出來水東街後過馬路直走 600 米就是西湖東門，確實很近

昨天凌晨3:00來的 前台小哥服務不錯給免費升級了房間 來的比較晚酒店也給延遲多一個小時退房 比較人性化 但是空調比較老舊，製冷效果差遙控器發黃房間還中規中矩 其他都還好 總體來説這個價位有這種服務，還是比較滿意

房間挺好的，一家三口可以住。環境也很不錯，而且有安排很多活動，還第一次體驗到了篆香，很好玩。還有仙女棒可以領取。餐廳也很不錯，晚飯要了窯雞，很嫩味道很好，早餐也很豐富。服務沒得説，每個小哥哥小姐姐都超級好，來之前就拉了個羣，回覆很及時，來的時候幫忙提行李，還會提前幫你開好空調！走的時候都送到車上，真的是非常不錯的一次體驗啦

凌晨入住，在攜程訂了兩間房，價格跟附近維也納差不多，還以為是個乾淨的酒店，房間臟亂差，本來就能住10個小時這樣，走廊抽風裡響了一夜，吵死了，那抽風機就在我們兩間房門口，我真的服了，1個小時都沒睡着，花接近400塊錢買罪受，房間床邊有臭腳丫子味，拖鞋那樣子還留着，地毯幾年都黑透了，電梯還要刷卡，不帶卡就上不去下不來的

酒店環境典雅，房間與圖片宣傳相符，按摩浴缸是一大亮點，讓外出遊玩一天疲憊不堪的我們得到很好的舒緩，孩子更是一天泡兩次，不亦樂乎。酒店前台設有茶水飲料零食自取區和酒店用品自取區，非常方便。酒店提供的早餐更是另一大亮點，我們都很滿意，見圖三。
酒店是獨立樓棟經營，很安靜。上落需要刷房卡才能啟動電梯，兩天都看不都閑雜人等出入，感覺很安全。
前台服務態度很好，出入禮貌問好，有問必答。入住當晚已經安頓好才發現投影網絡有問題，告知前台後馬上調試處理，不能恢復就直接更換了房間，並不斷致歉，令人滿意。
酒店地理位置很好，處在各個景點的中間，我們兩天時間步行去了西湖、合江樓、水東街，打車去了朝京門、東坡祠、惠博館，都是十幾元車費，非常方便。
這是一間值得五星好評和推薦的酒店。
