房間很新 看得出來是精心佈置過 景觀和圖片見到的一樣漂亮 躺在床上看海太舒服了 早兩年前來過小徑灣 現在又有了新變化 還開了星巴克 也是越來越好了 對比了很多家選中的 入住體驗很滿意 可惜現在還不夠熱 不能下水

第一次過來小徑灣入住在，觀海軒4棟海景房，房間面向大海景色一流，圖是早上6點🤳拍的真的很美，晚上還有煙花，之前聽説有煙花看的，沒想到真的有好多人放煙花這，真的是一飽眼福，店家人也很有耐心，訂房時就説想有個高樓層的海景房店家還特意幫我安排上，真的很暖心，有什麼不懂的地方也都是妙回訊息，特別是細節方面做的都很周到，一進房間有個小細節想的真的很周到，本人有點小潔癖，不管在家還是去外面一定得用洗手液洗手，沒想到店家房間給安排上的，真的有點意外，我們是昨天下午到達目的地因為不熟路，店家還特意過來接的，還送了套挖沙工具小朋友的，真的很感謝，

第一次過來小徑灣，相對比之前去過的其它區域這裏的整體環境算是不錯的。一路高速開車過來方便，停車位也多，地下停車有點貴但好在管家會建議購買抵用券，算下來可以接受。的確是正面海景房，下樓走去沙灘很近，小區就在沙灘旁邊，不是所謂的“縫隙海”，陽台夠大觀景很棒，能喝喝茶聊聊天，一家人出來定了兩房空間寬裕，還有廚房可以做飯（不過住一天就省的麻煩），附近都有餐廳。衞生和床品都沒什麼問題，這個價位來説很值得，家人很滿意

房間寬敞乾淨整潔，床墊很舒服。觀景台看大海一覽無餘，小朋友可喜歡了，在這睡的好，海灘的沙子玩的樂此不疲。情侶親子游選這都很適合。
選這個民宿是朋友推薦的，老闆人非常好，提前一天溝通好時間，房型，汽車等事宜，果然一切順利又安逸

房間安排在觀海軒4棟二單元，屬於小區看海第二排，海景房在9樓以上，房間比較大。國慶旺季服務算比較熱情，客服很nice！
方便停車，走出小區就是沙灘，附近吃飯也很方便，太興，木屋燒烤…

特意選了陽台更大的一室一廳套房 果然看海景視野更好 比上次的普通單間房格局好多了 家人都很滿意 在房間裏看真的很漂亮！吃飯什麼的也很方便 選擇很多 前台也會推薦性價比高的飯店給我們 服務很好 下次再換住其它户型看看

第一次寫那麼長的好評就知道我很滿意了
優點：
房間景觀好，陽台大，還有弔籃，坐在陽台吹海風特別舒服。衞生整體沒啥問題，而且主卧和次卧都可以看到海景。去沙灘方便，下樓就到，周圍吃飯也方便。沙灘沙子很細不會硌腳，適合帶家人來玩。服務貼心，不熟悉路管家會帶去房間入住，有什麼不懂的諮詢也會耐心回覆。
缺點：
停車費小貴，好在不限次數出入，稍感安慰吧，畢竟是景區也可以勉強接受。小區外的海鮮店價格也略貴，建議大家看團購或者去商業街吃飯（相對好點）
