Amazing staff and hotel. Location is great with good restaurants around. We tried the Japanese, Thai and local cuisine one. The cakes and coffee at the hotel are really good. We love the photo booth created there. The room are as shown on the pictures. The bathroom is excellent. It’s quite despite being so close to the lake and pathways. Totally changed my opinion about hostels stay. The higher floor is the best one just because there are fewer rooms there. I stayed on the first floor and I enjoyed it. The bed is comfy.

The room is clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beautiful West Lake. The scenery is very pleasant. The front desk service is meticulous, the Western breakfast is nutritious and delicious, and you can read a book and drink coffee on the first floor. It is the first choice for vacation.
