除了樓層高，其他一點優點都沒有，到處都是毛髮，到處都是臟。洗衣機也不配洗衣液洗衣粉什麼的。枕頭有血漬，紙巾都沒有打掃。

公寓位置是華貿7棟，第38層，窗户外面風景相當不錯，位置也很好，視野棒，2房1廳可以住一家人，客廳稍微小了點，功能還算齊全，房子的設施稍微有點舊了，整體維護得可以，雖舊但是沒有故障，樓層比較高，晚上安靜，因為是商業用地蓋的房子，沒有陽台，衹有較大的窗户。這次入住是疫情期間，衹有一個門可以進出，非常不便。如果是平時的話，下去購物吃東西就很方便了，價格比較實惠。

因為是公寓，所以整體衞生還是沒有酒店好，沙發上面有明顯污漬。房間確實比較大，地理位置也還好，但一層樓房間太多，很難找。

圖片真實可靠。兩個房間，有一個是圓形的床，兩個小朋友很喜歡。總體面積挺大的，冰箱灶台，洗浴都不錯。小孩子不會用遙控器，客服前台主動幫忙調電視。樓下商業街熱鬧非凡。

服務枱比較難找，裏面設備比較陳舊，不過挺齊全，，有冰箱，洗衣機，晚上可以看到夜景，停車費用要自己給，酒店辦理停車優惠15元
