The hotel looks pretty nice and clean, the price is reasonable. Location is fine also, however the area around the hotel is pretty old and dirty.

房間整體還可以，臨時決定出門才訂的房，酒店也是比較舊，衞生還算正常的，因為帶小孩出門用的床上用品跟毛巾都是自帶一次性的，而且房間也很大，主要門外還有一個超大停車場，停車方便，如果下次來惠州還會選擇這家

第一，房間的凳子布料很臟，見圖！！！房間的座子也很臟，見圖，設備老化。
第二，續住做衞生需要自己和前台講，不應該是每日打預離的時候確認清楚，並開始問是不是做續住衞生嗎？
第二，在我晚上通知做續住衞生後，前台用對講機在和正在做續住衞生的阿姨對話，被我聽到了，內容讓我不舒服，所以我説你把對講機關了。然後我就去一樓等着了，做完續住衞生沒有通知我，是我熱的受不了了自己上去發現做完衞生了。
第四，做續住衞生換的毛巾，你看看是什麼情況，非常薄，非常差，還有4個孔，邊上都已經脱絲了，真的有被無語到。。。
第五，前台第一時間沒有給我換房，而且在我找了攜程以後才給我換房，可是換的房間是更低級的，沒有電視，算了吧，也太晚了，我不想搬了，前台説找人給我搬，就衝著響應速度和毛巾質量，我立馬取消了明天的續住單，打算住完今晚走人，因為我明天八點半要到展會，我需要早點休息。
第六，為什麼區別對待，我的房間這麼差不升級，衞生還這麼差，續住還換爛毛巾，我懷疑你搞我！
最後，感謝老闆的善意和致歉，但是貴店員工和衞生需加強管理！！！

環境：停車方便，周邊也有一些餐館，吃個便飯也很不錯。定了雙標，升級後房間很大。
服務：前台和樓層服務都很熱情，上次出差在這裏住了半個月，這次過來首選。
