very slow check in process, dirty room with smelly smoke scent.

We booked this hotel for its location which was very convenient for walking to Shuidong Street and the West Lake. There were many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was good for what we paid - large room, memory foam mattress, 2 armchairs, kettle, hairdryer, hot water with good pressure, slippers and toiletries. Wifi was strong! There was a Chinese pharmacy downstairs that we consulted and the medicines they prescribed helped my husband get over his cough after 2 doses - I highly recommend it! A couple of drawbacks - firstly, their heating was not working so we nearly gave up but luckily they had a small heater that they loaned us and it was sufficient. Secondly, the website said it was a non -smoking hotel but they said it was not. Again we were lucky to get a room that didn’t seem to smell of cigarette smoke.

The room is clean, the front desk lady and the guy are warm and thoughtful, the floor attendant is very enthusiastic, the room is large, responsive, very quiet, stayed here for 2 nights, regret that I should have checked in earlier, forgot to say, the geographical environment is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, everyone come and stay

The service attitude is good, the room is clean and tidy. The hotel is in Binjiang Park and comfortable. Huizhou has good environmental sanitation. There is rarely garbage on the ground, and it is not dirty or messy. The West Lake and other scenic spots are beautiful, and the people are friendly. It is a livable city! Jinjiang Inn is a trustworthy brand. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is in a good location, the room is very spacious. When I checked in, the front desk lady arranged a large room for me. It is quiet and on a high floor. The hygiene is reassuring for a chain hotel, clean and tidy. The night view is nice at night. I went to the West Lake and Shuidong Street, which was fun. The hotel has convenient parking. There are tea restaurants and local Hakka cuisine around. I will stay here again next time I come to Huizhou.

Came here because of the reputation of Jinjiang Inn, but after staying here, I feel that this brand has fallen. The room is dimly lit, the windows are poorly soundproofed, the door and the basin are cracked, dirty, and have a lot of stains on them.

The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good, the place was clean, I went to the West Lake, the lanterns were very beautiful, it was close, and there were many delicious foods around.

It's OK. After all, the price is this price. The facilities are a bit old. The key is that the room is too dark. There are three small lamps and no main light. . . It's very dark.
