民宿在一個挺大的別墅區，小區裏本身入住率不高，所以私隱性和安全性都比較好。負一樓有ktv，音效很好，還有一個小泳池，小孩子泡水特別開心。有自動麻將機，我們這次沒用，還有一個可摺疊的牌桌用來打撲克。客廳是挑高的，採光好。房間裝修也很適合居住，每個卧室帶一個洗手間，非常適合家庭出遊。我們在漁人碼頭海鮮市場買的海鮮，新鮮，注意比價和砍價即可，自己在民宿做非常合適。後院可以燒烤，奶茶和零食都可以外賣，很方便。

房東很熱心，提供了不少建議和幫助，房子很大，設施也齊全，k房應該是這個片區最大最舒適的了，很適合團建，這次來體驗很好，下次來惠州玩還會首選這裏！

別墅裏設施齊全，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，燒烤也很方便，KTV效果也很棒，非常適合朋友聚會。老闆人業很好，叫外賣進來或去外面吃都很方便。

別墅很乾凈，硅膠床墊很舒服，一晚睡到天亮，很久沒睡這麼舒服了，房東人很好，有求必應，KTV房音響很不錯，小孩玩得很開心，非常愉快的一次旅行，下次再來體驗
