Stayed for three nights. On the first night, I was given a room with a noisy air conditioner. I didn't sleep well all night. The front desk could have informed me of the room's condition but didn't. I give a bad review for the service. I changed rooms on the second and third nights and it was OK.

The lady at the front desk was very patient. I came for a meeting and she helped me print and copy documents. It took more than half an hour. I felt embarrassed. Thumbs up for 003👍
