訂的1.8床，結果民宿的是1.5，客服還否認，而且還不是觀海軒，是能看到海，有點文字遊戲

首先説下小區的位置，其實是聽海軒，並非觀海軒，步行到沙灘確實挺近的，幾分鐘就到了，但這套間是在二樓，不是在高樓層，對怕吵的朋友就不友好了，小區比較舊，觀海軒比較新一點，而且這個小區物業不太行，我們車停在車庫之後在負層上去聞到了好臭的死老鼠味道，非常臭的那種，建議大家慎重選擇，我們之所以選這套是看中了有2個衞生間， 這樣一家人也不用排隊洗澡，其實另外一個出水很小的，根本洗不了，還是得一個個輪着來，房東是挺熱情的，衹是這個小區配套不太行，進來停車要60/晚，無限次進出，找房東登記就可以15/晚

跟女朋友第一次過來小徑灣度假，入住的酒店非常不錯，衞生乾淨利落，環境舒適，老闆熱情，開朗，海景很漂亮，空氣很好，陽台還配了一個吊藍椅坐着看海非常舒適，大大的海風把所有的煩惱都拋掉，房間很寬闊，去海邊，商業街，電影等很近，酒店在景區內有很多吃的東西，非常方便，這次的體驗很好，值得推存，還會選擇你家

位置準確，距離海邊沙灘近，房間衞生乾淨整潔，海水乾淨，海邊沙灘上有個享樂沙灘裏面有賣奶茶🥤休閑坐着觀望着大海吹吹風挺舒服，沙灘邊上就有一家肯德基和很多小食店吃東西挺方便的。值得推薦這家店，這次度假非常開心[愉快]

地點優越，距離沙灘步行5分鐘。能看到大海。
户型比較大，空間寬敞。
設施衹能説及格，不好也不壞。
被褥枕頭還算潔凈，沒有異味發黴等狀況。
沙發鋪上了堅硬的墊子。床鋪被褥有一些沙子，顯然是前人留下的沒有打掃好。

三個問題，1.酒店房間實際是聽海軒不是觀海軒2.訂房是親子園林一房一廳雙床房（80平）實際給的是普通園林雙床房非一房一廳（50平）説不想住可以取消，過節拖家帶口不想扯皮衹能將就住，並且平台協助溝通也不退差價3.房間缺基本洗漱用品，聯繫服務人員後才提供實話實説有圖有真相供後續訂房的小夥伴參考

酒店位置準確前台工作人員熱情接待，房間裝修風格特別喜歡的，房間衞生乾淨整潔，從酒店步行到沙灘100米左右距離很近特別方便，海邊遊玩項目特別多，五一假期人比較多，挺熱鬧的，小徑灣景區內沙灘免費的，這家酒店值得推薦[666][666][666]

位置準確靠海邊，樓下就是沙灘，房間寬大，景光好，樓層高，在房間裏面拉開窗簾直接看到沙灘的，房間衞生乾淨整潔的，服務態度很好，祥細介紹周邊遊玩景點給我們，商業街有家木屋燒烤味道不錯的，這次度假非常滿意的，下次過來還會選這家店入住的，[強][強][強]
