家人過來每次都住這家，允許吸煙，但是房間沒有煙味，衞生合格，房間面朝馬路，關窗後隔音效果可以，唯一不滿意是訂的大床換成雙床後沒有退差價，掛牌和攜程都顯示不同價格的，這點不合理，其他都很滿意，下次還會來。

衞生環境很好，地理環境不錯，距離西湖很近，周圍吃東西很方便，位於老城區，所以飯店價格也屬於正常價位，旁邊有惠州本地人喜歡的楊記和蒙記。除了房間較小，其他沒毛病，前台也很熱情，有問必答。
