房間是暗房沒有窗戶，房內設施還行，就是開空調的時候散多陣陣煙味令人難受。酒店鄰近西湖、隆豐夜市、水東街、南門市場等，步程約15至20分鐘，位置不錯。下次再來惠州的話，會訂有窗戶的房間。

入住7天得到超乎想象的驚喜體驗☺️不管是出差還是出遊都非常適合作為落腳點
服務：入住前店裡的小姐姐提前打電話詢問是不是今晚入住，態度和語氣都親切👍
到前台辦理入住時，兩位小姐姐都非常nice地解答了提出的疑問，在得知我還沒吃晚飯的情況下，熱心給出了吃飯攻略
在樓道遇到的保潔阿姨也是熱情打招呼，讓人倍感親切
衞生：這家酒店開了12年，設施比較舊，但是可以看得出衞生都維護的不錯
環境：酒店在惠州西湖旁邊，距離惠州第一中學步行2分鐘距離，周邊的小街小巷藏了看上去就是開了一定年頭的小館子，生意超好，口味應該也不錯

打電話到前台問酒店停車場，要收10圓停車場費的，有問必答，態度好，服務滿意。和朋友一起的，各自訂了兩間房，到了之後前台幫我們升級了同一樓層，有一閒房還有街景，挺好。衛生乾淨。就是洗手盆下方去水位置渠道淤塞，去水非常慢，退房後和前台說了，說會留意。位置臨近西湖 ，方便 。房間熱水够熱，有冷暖氣，整體滿意。

位置方便，就在西湖附近5分鐘左右步程。房間環境不錯，就是冷氣好像有點不夠，而且房間裏面出售的商品好像有點尷尬😅

第一間房間有異味，是廁所傳出來的怪味，隨後聯繫前台，前台説可以加錢換間房間，其他都還好，離學校近，周邊也有美食。

1. 酒店位处地段尚可，乘车出入也方便，附近基本吃喝有提供。
2. 前台服务一般，安排的房間洗漱房天花是坏掉的，出入开关大门也会吱吱咋响，非常可怕发声。
3. 房間残舊，地板全是破損坏掉，座厕板也是坏的，房间内充滿臭味。
4. 楼層及过道也非常骯髒混亂的。
绝对不值得推荐的酒店，残、破、舊、臭味 全部样样有齐。

七天酒店的床墊，軟硬程度合適，是睡眠質量的保證。
