伊始於惠州西湖附近的酒店多為4.8評分以下，而該酒店顯示為4.8分，且有想吃的門店在酒店附近，於是選擇了該酒店。
服務：入住和退房都是同一個前台辦理的，服務不錯，入住當天晚上的前台就有點……了。
衞生：存在些許小問題（例如馬桶有異味，地面，小桌子，床單有污漬）但對於工作日200＋一晚的酒店而言也算符合價位。
設施：房間內空調是一個掛機，温度調到最低全屋也不涼，但價格擺在那也無所謂；最離譜的當屬淋浴部分，晚上9點準備洗澡，但花灑怎麼調節都出不來熱水，自己調節10分鐘無果後聯繫前台，一開始前台叫阿姨過來弄，被告知一直持續放30分鐘才有熱水，遂繼續聯繫前台，9點38分左右又來了一個維修師傅才弄好變有熱水（期間前台有提過更換房間，但當時已經晚上9點多了，忙了一天都挺累了，想洗完澡吃點東西睡了就沒換）
想來衞生一般；供應到10點30的早餐9點30去就已經沒什麼了等問題，對於該酒店的價位和鑽數而言都沒什麼，但對於熱水這種屬於酒店基礎設施的東西，酒店還是得有基礎保障才對！！不推薦！

交通挺方便的，周圍主要的公交站都在步行10分鐘範圍內。重點是邊上是河景，沿着河堤走，不熱，很閑適。酒店房間好大，應該確實有40平。房間有個巨大落地窗和朝着河景的陽台，感覺很值。

空間很大，還有陽台，環境很舒服，一進房間就忍不住拍照😜洗手間也很大，還有智能馬桶。入住前台還提醒了有現磨咖啡可以免費喝，早餐還可以，玉米汁很不錯，廚師小夥煮的湯粉也很有廣式味道，值得推薦。

早上9點多鐘，服務員就直接開門進來説要打掃衞生。敲門跟開門是同時進行的，我根本來不及反應人就進來了。房間裏沒有電話，我要打電話到前台還得找半天號碼，打過去叫他們不要進來打讓衞生，卻還要問我名字。你説她們專業吧，人家又可以擅自進入別人房間，你説他們不專業吧，叫不要打掃衞生還要問你名字才行，真是可笑。
