酒店離西湖很近，旁邊有家吃土窯豬的酒店不錯呢，春節期間人多。酒店房間很乾凈，面積大，早餐品種不多但是能吃好。

酒店寬敞明亮，離西湖近，入住時性價比高，看起來酒店曾經是非常不錯的，現在如能重新裝修下，就很優秀了。

一個正常的老酒店
地理位置比較方便
空間挺大的
設施有點陳舊 空調按鍵不是很靈敏但是制熱不錯
淋浴房架東西的玻璃板有些脱膠了傾斜向下以及浴室外側地板的牆角有點掉皮

再次入住該酒店，雖然位置不屬於熱鬧繁華，但出了酒店大門，左邊是植物園，左邊是西湖北門，尤其是晚上睡眠安靜，好評！

房間很乾凈，住的很舒服，工作人員很熱情，有問題會馬上解決，停車方便，離西湖很近，走路十分鐘到北門。下次還會再來。

酒店服务到位，usb充电足夠，尚欠一個冰箱。中式早歺与価位相若。位處西湖旁边，自驾泊车方便。下次会再来!

酒店所處位置極佳，去植物園玩步行衹需幾分鐘的時間，到西湖遊玩走到小西門也是十幾分鍾而已，就是酒店的設施有些陳舊了，衞生間的洗手盆竟然漏水，反映後服務人員也及時解決了，給予點贊👍。建議酒店每間房給予配置多2瓶礦泉水，晚上發現衹有2瓶水，2人入住一人衹有一瓶，泡茶後發現已沒水，下樓向服務員要多一瓶水，結果前台服務人員問的挺多的，搞得很尷尬，好像客人捨不得去買水似的，這不到2元錢的成本。
