The price-performance ratio is good. Although the hotel is old, it should be renovated. A health shop has been opened downstairs, and the hotel rooms upstairs have been converted into health rooms. Transportation is pretty good, there is a bus stop downstairs and there are many routes. There is a Tangshui Street nearby, but only one old store is occupied, and the rest of the new ones are empty. The windows are relatively thin, and there is a residential building opposite. Fortunately, the floor is on a higher floor.
