HanTing Hotel (Huizhou Jiangbei Municipal Government)

I stayed for three nights in a row. The front desk service was good the first two times, so I came here for the third time. This time I encountered a female receptionist with a very poor service attitude. She neither greeted the guests nor served them with a smile when they came in. She just looked at the guests with a straight face the whole time. Her cold expression was as if someone owed her five million. . I want to say that if this woman is not convinced by her work in the service industry, she can go home and sleep instead of going out to work in this industry. I really don’t know how such a person could be employed in the service industry. This time it made me so angry that I felt sick to my stomach. The hotel manager said that he would deal with it seriously and give me a reply, but he didn't get a reply from the manager until the evening. It felt a bit perfunctory, and overall I was very dissatisfied. This experience was extremely poor. My originally happy mood was completely ruined by this front desk. The hotel still looks like it has been renovated. Please check in with caution. When you see the woman in the picture, you can turn around and leave to avoid being offended.
