Very satisfied with the stay experience. The environment of the cafe on the first floor is also very good. The front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the bed is very comfortable, and the check-out time is also ample, which can be until 2 pm. The breakfast is also great. First of all, I have to say that this is a very objective evaluation of the stay experience, and a parallel comparison with other hotels in the same price range. The benefits provided by Ctrip upgraded the room type. We stayed in a quality room that was priced at 270 on Ctrip and 560 at the retail price. The coffee shop layout at the front desk is serious, simple and clean. But the room environment is very ordinary. The overall feeling is that from decoration to facilities, it is extremely cost-effective. Facilities: 1. The shampoo labels in the room looked moldy, and the amount of toiletries provided was pitifully small. If two people stay there is only enough space for one shower. 2. This is understandable as it is an old hotel that is undergoing renovation, but the controller buttons of the room's air conditioner are seriously malfunctioning, and the noise when the air conditioner is turned on is so loud that it affects sleep. 3. If there is not much toilet paper left when the previous guest checked out and you don’t want to waste it, you should put a new roll next to it. The situation shown in the picture would not occur when we checked in. 4. The TV is second-hand, but the cable TV can still receive many channels normally. To turn on the TV, you need to use the flashlight on your mobile phone to find the switch, and to turn it off, you also need to find the hidden button on the TV. So much so that the TV was unplugged when checking in. 5. The hot water in the room takes a long time (more than ten minutes as the staff said) to get hot, and even the hottest setting is unsatisfactory. Here’s a suggestion: Constant temperature showers have relatively high requirements for water heaters. If the hardware conditions are not met, there is no need to use it. It may look high-end on the surface, but the user experience is very poor. 6. Toiletries are also extremely economical, and there is no basic disposable care package with cotton swabs. Environment: 1. The layout of the room is very simple, but the iron stool and desk are not very user-friendly. 2. The room is large, but also very empty, without basic facilities such as a small refrigerator. 3. Although it has been renovated, there are still many traces of oldness. The layout and environment of the public area are better than the rooms. 4. There are very few parking spaces, and the slope design of the parking spaces at the entrance is problematic. My car always hits the chassis whether going up or down. Although my car is relatively low, it is still rare for me to encounter such a situation in a commercial parking lot. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are good and meet the basic requirements for accommodation. Service: 1. The service provided by the staff is quite good; 2. The breakfast provided in the room is not bad, the American breakfast is quite delicious, and the extra afternoon tea is also a relatively humane service. But the price of a single-order lychee oatmeal latte is 42 yuan. It’s okay to take photos, but it tastes like instant latte with added flavors. With this price range and product, merchants should consider why coffee shops are so deserted on weekend afternoons. To sum up, I chose this hotel because I was playing mahjong nearby. It was already late when we checked in, but we didn't sleep well because of the above reasons. Without considering the price, it can basically meet the needs of getting a good night's sleep.
