She checked in quickly and had a very good service attitude. She wrote a warm birthday card and sent fruits, which made us feel like a family. Zhang Huanhuan was so thoughtful and touched me. The hotel room is spacious, bright, clean and sanitary. The room is highly intelligent. The bedding is comfortable and I slept very well all night. The hotel restaurant has a rich variety of dishes and tastes good. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one! This is simply a dream resort hotel. The surrounding environment is full of holiday atmosphere, and the service is even better. It is completely relaxing. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive. This vacation is perfect, highly recommended!

The room with lake view is more expensive than the room without lake view. When I entered the room, I was confused. There was only one window. The so-called lake view requires glasses and it took several minutes to see a little (see photos). 2. I booked a big hotel, but I found the Garden Hotel opposite. In fact, it is also the same hotel. I waited for 3 minutes at the front desk at home, but no one came. The security guard at the door was very responsible and used the intercom to find the front desk to help us check in. 3. The high-rise lake view room I booked not only did not have a lake view, but the toilet for the waiter was opposite, and the flushing sound could be heard. 4. The room I booked indicated that there was a smart toilet, which was also an important reason for choosing this room type. As a result, there was only the function of flushing with a button, and the rest could not be used. Do you charge for a smart toilet by pressing a button to flush? 5. We left the hotel at 10am on the first day, and cleaned the lights immediately after turning them on. We returned to the hotel at 4pm, but they hadn't cleaned the room yet. We called the front desk, who was quite responsible. Later, the front desk came to clean the room. We had to hide out again just after entering the room to let the hotel clean the room. We wanted to take a rest, but the experience was not good. Later, we saw that they sent us a few bottles of water and a plate of fruit, which was a gesture of the hotel! There are a few other places that made the guests feel bad, so I won't talk about them. I just hope that the hotel management will strengthen management!

The hotel has a great location, good service and hygiene. The balcony room I booked has a big balcony. What I like most is that the hotel has free bicycle rentals, so I can ride to the nearby Bailu Lake for fun. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. The only thing is that the hotel's breakfast is average. If there is nothing left, I won't add it. I hope it can be improved. If I get off the bus to go to Bailu Lake for fun, I will choose to stay here again.
