入住這家酒店，體驗超棒！從踏入大堂，熱情周到的服務就讓人倍感温馨。房間整潔舒適，床品柔軟，洗浴用品品質上乘，洗完澡整個人都神清氣爽。窗外風景優美，清晨醒來，陽光透過窗簾灑在身上，愜意極了。酒店周邊美食眾多，出行也十分便利。這次入住非常滿意，下次還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友！

剛進房間發現被套是臟的，聯繫前台，前台也是給出瞭解決方案，在這之前一切是很平靜的..直到阿姨敲門來房間換被套。。説這個被套是已經洗過了但是洗不乾淨，在換的過程當中最讓我無語的是阿姨當著我的麪説你們這些人就是難伺候..退房就把房間搞得亂七八糟…。。我等一下住你們酒店勒。直接當著我的麪説的。後面房間一次性拖鞋剛打開的是上個客人留下的臟了，還有廁所的紙巾也是。。。也不敢聯繫你們了怕等一下被説。自己叫了跑腿送一次性拖鞋。避雷。體驗感極差極差。

設施很完善，有冰箱，一次性拖鞋墊，一次性馬桶套等，全屋比較智能，可以一鍵開門和控制燈和Wi-Fi密碼，掃碼可以辦理入住和退房，全程是自助服務的

房間乾淨明亮 過來惠州看演唱會訂的這家酒店 隔條馬路就是奧林匹克體育場 看完不用跟人擠接駁車 簡直是愛演唱會最佳酒店選擇 而且智能家居對於我這種懶人來説簡直太幸福了 想要出門直接喊一句就關燈了 順帶誇誇管家 非常貼心專業 有求必應 下次如果看演唱會還來這家😌
