昨晚入住的，前台告訴我在店面辦理送早餐，然後今天平台打電話給我説，我沒有按時入住，要在扣費一次。我在前台已經繳納了的。沒接電話，還限時我今天必須迴應不然直接扣。

這次臨時起意來惠州玩，基於各種機緣巧合，住了這家維也納酒店。
以前出差時，因為公司的差旅報銷標準還算高，商務快捷酒店從來沒在考慮範圍之內，這次算是頭一回住維也納，剛開始還想着會不會很糟糕，反正衹住一晚，將就將就吧。沒想到辦理入住就給了驚喜，兩個房間都免費升級成了高級房。房間內的設施雖算不得高端豪華，但乾淨整潔，該有的都有。12樓還有自助洗衣房，海邊回來的衣服正好可以清洗一下。客服服務員的辦事效率也很高。
總之，妥妥的高性價比！

酒店座落於天虹廣場旁邊，所以基本生活機能非常完整，天虹廣場的另一邊還有一條小吃街，算是夜市吧！消費不高，多走幾步路可以省一點錢。
酒店地下有停車場，電梯可以直達客房，雖然方便，但是沒有房卡控管，會有安全隱憂，還是建議酒店經營層考慮調整。

位置優越交通便利，周邊有天虹商場購物很方便，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，專門挑了面對湖濱公園 夜景很美 個人覺得性價比蠻高.
