酒店服務差。讓先看看房，説衹有一個人在崗，沒有辦法帶去看。那就算了，直接住下吧，想着全國連鎖的不會太差。上樓電梯和走廊都沒空調。入住後，把全部東西規整後發現被單有黃色臟的痕跡，讓前台更換。服務員進來看了後直接讓換房。換房還得我們把行李再拖下樓更換個房卡。
還可以換了房間也沒啥。然後又發現洗手盆和廁所小蟑螂到處跑，實在是失望。考慮到時間比較晚，衹能忍着，把小蟑螂處理後將就過了一晚。白天起床，上個廁所還是堵的。我的媽呀，恨不得趕緊走。現在回想還是心有餘悸。真實體驗，希望對衞生在意的避開這家酒店的坑
